Garrett Donovan was a co-executive producer, co-producer, producer, supervising producer, executive producer, and writer for Scrubs. He has also appeared as Baby Marrick and Councilman Donovan.

Garrett works closely to Neil Goldman. They have co-written several episodes and work together on the series Family Guy as well. He is now an executive producer for NBC's TV comedy Community, once again together with Neil Goldman.
