While Turk was giving J.D. his last "Eagle!" at Sacred Heart, a woman and a man approached an on-looking Elliot and asked if they were doctors. After Elliot told them "yes" she got concerned and Elliot told them that there is another hospital a couple of miles down the road. (My Finale)
