Will was one of J.D. and Turk's patients. Turk was currently going through an awkward phase after Carla set a date for their wedding, so he was very distant toward J.D.. When Turk found out that Will was gay, he acted very strangely toward him, and Dr. Cox let Will know that he enjoyed Turk's discomfort. Later, Turk confided that he has never really been close to another man. Turk eventually opened up to J.D., and they remained the best of friends. ("My Journey")
