During rounds, he got on Dr. Kelso's good side by correctly identifying a malady in a patient. Later in the year, Dr. Simotas was quizzed during rounds by Dr. Cox and felt good about himself. When Dr. Kelso took rounds back from Cox, he quickly yelled at Dr. Simotas to stop smiling.
