Robert Maschio is the actor who plays Todd "The Todd" Quinlan on Scrubs.

Robert was born and raised in New York, and has three brothers who are also artistic. Robert Maschio attended Columbia University, where he began to study musical theatre. He then studied acting at the Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre for two years. Robert then performed in several plays in New York City, including some at the Actor's Studio. Soon thereafter, Robert began writing and performing comedy acts, landing him some spots in some prestigeous comedy clubs.
On screen, Robert can be seen in Spin City and Veronica Mars, and in the film he wrote himself Date or Disaster.
