Born in Philadelphia, Philip has always been an avid tennis player. Getting his start in acting in theater, Philip can now be seen in episodes of CSI, Quantum Leap, NewsRadio and ER. Philip has also appeared in the films It's Pat, and A Dangerous Woman.
