Nancy is a nurse at Sacred Heart Hospital.

Nancy had made a mistake with two patients and accidentally sent Dr. Wen's patient into Dr. Allam's OR and vice-versa. When Turk and J.D. approached her about a mistake she may have made with Ben Sullivan's papers, she is very snooty to J.D., but Turk hangs up the phone call she was on and she snaps into action.
