[edit] Synopsis

Carla's brother Marco is coming to town, and J.D. asks Turk what is the deal between Marco and him. Turk explains that he accidentally mistook Marco for a valet at a funeral, and they haven't gotten along since. Turk is not able to apologize either because Marco only speaks Spanish. J.D. is having problems getting over Elliot because she is always around. Sean calls while Elliot and J.D. are on call. Elliot gives the phone to J.D. to say hello, but J.D. just hangs up. Dr. Cox, the new resident director, want the residents to stop goofing off all the time. In the elevator, J.D. meets a young lady named Danni. She tells him a lousy story, but then explains that she has an inner monologue, just like J.D.

Turk becomes angry, as Marco and Carla constantly speak Spanish around him. Dr. Kelso says that all doctors need to concentrate equally on all patients, but then Dr. Cox says to concentrate on one patient, Mrs. Barto. Marco tells Turk that he has never learn any Spanish for the women he loves. Dr. Kelso tells the residents that the reason why Dr. Cox says to only concentrate on one patient is because he says the opposite that he does. J.D. encounters Danni, who had just ended her relationship, and she asks him to go get coffee with her. He declines because Elliot needs a backrub. Turk finds out that Marco speaks English, and he tells Carla. Marco still denies that he speaks English.

J.D. looks for Danni, who is having dinner with her sister. He asks her out for two cups of coffee and pie, and she says yes. He was very happy about finding a girl, but just at that moment Jordan come to find J.D. with Danni, who reveals that Danni is her sister.

And Turk, you don't mind if every now and then Marco and I speak Spanish to each other, right?

Baby, fo'shizzle-dizzle. Do your thizzle, 'cause I'm up out this pizzle. Chach! See, we got our own secret language, too. Eh-ha!
(In Spanish) What did he say?

(In Spanish) I have no idea.

(In Spanish) Jackass!
