After Turk finished performing surgery on Mrs. Powell, he needed to have proof that her "pipes" were working before he could discharge her. He enlisted the help of Sunny to convince her to pass gas. Mrs. Powell was extremely hesitant, but eventually she listened to Elliot tell her that they want her to leave so she doesn't become infected, and she passes gas with Sunny as a witness. The leaves Sunny smelling like "years of repression" even after three showers. (My Full Moon)
