Mrs. Guerrero was assigned to Elliot Reid. Since Mrs. Guerrero only spoke Spanish, and Elliot speaks English, French, and German, a laungage barrier existed. Carla assisted Elliot in helping to translate. In the end, Mrs. Guerrero died, of no fault to the laungage barrier.
