Mrs. Blitt is an uninsured elderly woman who couldn't pay for her T.I.P.S. procedure. Dr. Cox wanted to use Mr. Martinez's insurance, but J.D. foolishly told Dr. Kelso that Mr. Martinez had died. In the end, she got her procedure, but Dr. Cox was suspended. Mrs. Blitt thinks J.D. is cute.
