Doctor Molly Clock was a psychiatrist who temporarily worked at Sacred Heart. She is always nice and she is very spacey.

Molly is good friends with Elliot and most people like her, except Turk. She calls J.D. Johnny, which really annoys him. Turk refers to her as "the devil woman" due to the fact that she can get into people's minds, being a psychiatrist.

Molly's boyfriend once stole their neighbor's car and crashed it. She would later break up with her boyfriend after he committed some criminal acts.

On her last day at Sacred Heart, she ended up kissing JD and revealed that she was attracted to people who were dysfunctional which he quickly proved. However, due to one problem after another, he was unable to be with her before she left.

According to a dialogue between her and Dr. Cox, she has a cousin named Jeff (My Office)
