Mike Davis was a patient at Sacred Heart Hospital.

Mike was admitted to Sacred Heart because he was brutally honest with his mother and father. Apparently he called his mother "fat and boring" and she pushed him down a flight of stairs. His father also punched him. His honesty reveals to Elliot that she is a little cold and rough with her patients. Eventually, her cold hands cool off his warm forehead as they talk about how they hate touchy-feely cultures. (My Day Off)

Three months later, Mike is back at the hospital. A lady pushed him off a bus because he told her she smelled like "wet ass". His shoulder was dislocated, and it was painful for him while Turk and Carla help pop it back into place. (My Blind Date)

The next year, Mike is checked into Sacred Heart due to a broken penis. J.D. asks to write a case study about the treatment he will undergo. Mike originally allows the study, but later changes his mind, sending J.D. scrambling to find a new topic. (My Case Study)

Mike appears in the J.D.'s last fantasy as J.D. is walking out of Sacred Heart saying that he "broke [his] penis again, but this time it was fun." (My Finale)
