Michael J. Fox is best known for his roles in the classic television series Family Ties and Spin City, co-created by Bill Lawrence and as the lead in the Back to the Future movies. In 2000, he retired from acting due to being diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, but still managed to guest star in two episodes of Scrubs as the quirky obsessive compulsive, yet brilliant, doctor Kevin Casey.
