When J.D. was trying to diagnose his patient Mrs. Farr before the end of a Friday night, he needed Laddy's help to x-ray her. Laddy has a strict "no cutsies" rule, but, in order to diagnose his patient sooner, J.D. let him lie on top of him and be x-rayed so the x-ray would look like a Siamese twin.
