Janitor and Lady get married. ("My Soul on Fire, Part 2")
Although Janitor is very mysterious, glimpses of his family have been seen by staff of Sacred Heart. His father once visited Sacred Heart, but Janitor made people think that the man was not actually his father. He has also had flashbacks of his mother. It is unknown if they were married to each other.
Janitor got married to Ladinia "Lady" Williams in the Bahamas. ("My Soul on Fire, Part 2")
