After Carla tells Turk he's forgetful, J.D. imagines Turk mistaking his and Carla's baby for a pumpkin, who they decide to keep and raise while their real son is taken by a white couple who raise him. When the pumpkin is dropped and smashed open during its graduation, their real son reunites with them, only to be hit by a bus a few seconds later. ("My Cabbage")
