On J.D.'s last day at Sacred Heart, he was treating Rodger, but he was thinking about how he wished people were making a bigger day out of him leaving. He forgot what Rodger had and tried to smell his disease. He thought it was non-hodgkin's lymphoma, but he thought that smelling a disease was crazy. Rodger then told him it was non-hodgkin's lymphoma, and immediately asked for a new doctor, after J.D. calls him the wrong name("My Finale")
