Mr. Swick was a patient at Sacred Heart Hospital.

Mr. Swick was admitted to Sacred Heart because he had poisoned himself. He suffers from Capgras syndrome, which makes him think that everybody in his life has been replaced with an identical impostor. This made it difficult for Howie to figure out what he poisoned himself with. Howie tried to trick him into revealing the diagnosis, but Mr. Swick simply lied to him. Eventually, Howie slapped him to get the answer, which was fertilizer. ("My Full Moon")
