Because Carla had decided to go back to work, she and Turk hired Heather as a nanny to take care of Izzy. Turk and J.D. found her extremely attractive, and Turk brought a video from the nannycam into Sacred Heart and showed her to his male co-workers. Carla found out about this and forbid him to look at her. Turk then asked J.D. go out with her so he wouldn't find her attractive any more. When J.D. failed to do so, Carla fired her. While watching more footage of Heather on the nannycam, they found out she was a bigot and a thief. But still really hot. ("My No Good Reason")
