Dr. "No Shot" Callahan is a pediatrician at Sacred Heart Hospital.

Dr. Callahan does not want his patients, all children as he is a pediatrician, to be afraid of him so he refuses to give them shots, but rather has the nurses do it for him. When Dr. Cox needed someone to give a shot to Jennifer Dylan he called Dr. Callahan in the middle of the night but found out that he would not give her the shot. Although Dr Cox tried to convince him to break his rule, his argument quickly failed because Dr Cox himself was using the same reasoning for not giving his daughter the shot himself.
