Barry is Elliot's frequently-mentioned-but-never-seen gay brother. Barry used to brag about all the girls he was dating right before he quit JV Baseball and started dancing for Japanese businessmen. (My Lunch) When the Reids find out that he is gay, they send him to "hetero-camp." (My Fallen Idol)
